Of 52 cases of vaginal bleeding in girls 10 years or under reviewed by Hill et al, 69 54% were due to a local lesion, 11% had malignant genital tumors, 21% of the children presented with precocious pubertal signs, and in 25%, no diagnosis was made.…”
