In this journal review, we used different drug compounds from the same biological sample, namely plasma with amoxicillin, glyciburida, vancomycin, amlodipine, and paracetamol. Chromatography-Mass Spectrometry (GC-MS). For the first compounds of amoxicillin, plasma concentrations were measured at 250 g/mL and 500 g/mL, and each concentration was repeated 3 times. Glyciburida, plasma concentration is determined by 3 concentrations namely 1g / mL, 2g / mL and 4g / mL, and each concentration is repeated 5 times. For Vanskomin, 4 concentrations are used for the determination of plasma concentrations, namely 3 g / mL, 15 g / mL, 31.5 g / mL and 48 g concentrations that are suitable for the determination of amoxicillin, which is a level of 500 g / mL. All concentrations are suitable for glyburide determination All concentrations are suitable for glyburide determination The most accurate method is the liquid chromatography/mass spectrometry method (LC/MS), and acetaminophen uses gas chromatography-mass spectrometry (GC/MS) method.-MS), the level of paracetamol in the blood sample obtained is 175.2 ppm.
