Validation of Parylene Coating to Suppress Alpha Contamination on the Copper Surface in CUORE Bolometers

Abstract: Background rate reduction is of utmost importance for neutrinoless double beta decay experiments like CUORE (Cryogenic Underground Observatory for Rare Events).
