Validity of no-zone approach for management of isolated penetrating neck injuries in hemodynamically stable patients

Abstract: Background: Routine neck exploration for isolated penetrating neck injuries (PNIs) in hemodynamically stable patients increases the frequency of unnecessary interventions and complications.
