Valproate-Induced Hyperammonemic Encephalopathy Following Accidental Ingestion in a Toddler

Abstract: Clinical manifestations of valproic acid (VPA) toxicity can range from just mild confusion and drowsiness to serious encephalopathy, leading to depressed sensorium and even coma and death.
