Value of a Growth Mindset: Improving Endoscopy Coaching and Mentoring

Abstract: The teaching of endoscopic procedures to trainees has radically changed from the previous "see one, do one, teach one" approach to the method termed "competency-based medical education" (CBME), which has transformed endoscopic training. Successful implementation of a CBME program requires learners to direct their own learning.
