Value of Diagnostic and Therapeutic Laparoscopy for Abdominal Stab Wounds

Abstract: Laparoscopy is feasible and safe for the diagnosis and treatment of hemodynamically stable patients with abdominal stab wounds. It can reduce the nontherapeutic laparotomy rate and shorten the length of hospital stay.
