Abstract:Diffusion tensor imaging (DTI) has been used primarily to demonstrate microstructure and identify abnormalities in the field of neurology, and has recently begun to be investigated for discriminating cancer (1, 2). DTI uses additional gradients to plot the relative degree of diffusion in multiple dimensions.
