Diagnosis of Infective Endocarditis (IE) can be challenging due to negative blood cultures and difficulties in imaging. Transesophageal echocardiography (TEE) is the gold standard but due to the anterior location of the pulmonary valve and sedation requirement, TEE could be challenging.
