Abstract:Se presenta un caso de válvula de Eustaquio que simula ecocardiográficamente un mixoma atrial derecho, en un paciente con sospecha clínica de tromboembolismo pulmonar. La válvula de Eustaquio es un remanente embrionario de la porción derecha del seno venoso, cuya función consiste en permitir el paso de sangre oxigenada desde la vena cava inferior, a la circulación sistémica.
