Van Kedilerinde Manyetik Rezonans Görüntüleme Kullanılarak Normal Diz Ekleminin Anatomisi

Abstract: Bu çalışma, kendine has eşsiz fiziksel özellikleriyle dikkat çeken ve Van yöresinde yaşayan Van Kedilerinde, manyetik rezonans görüntüleme (MRI) kullanılarak diz eklemindeki kemiksel ve yumuşak anatomik yapıların morfolojik özelliklerini analiz etmek amacıyla yapıldı. Çalışmada 16 adet (8 erkek, 8 dişi) erişkin sağlıklı Van Kedisi kullanıldı. Kediler, xylazine-ketamine kombinasyonunun intramuskuler olarak uygulanmasıyla ile anesteziye alındı.
