Vapor Condensation on Bioinspired Hierarchical Nanostructured Surfaces with Hybrid Wettabilities

Abstract: Vapor condensation on bioinspired hierarchical nanostructured surfaces with hybrid wettabilities has been investigated using molecular dynamics simulations. A series of hierarchical surfaces consisting of nanocylinder arrays with hydrophilic top and hydrophobic nanopillar arrays are constructed.
