Vapor−Liquid Equilibrium Measurements for Three Binary Mixtures:  Allyl Alcohol/Acetonitrile, 2-Butoxyethanol/Acetic Acid, and 1-Methoxy-2-Propanol/2,3-Epoxy-1-Propanol

Abstract: Vapor-liquid equilibrium measurements using the PTx method have been made on three binary mixtures: allyl alcohol/acetonitrile, 2-butoxyethanol/acetic acid, and 1-methoxy-2-propanol/2,3-epoxy-1propanol. Each binary mixture was studied at two temperatures. Equilibrium vapor-and liquid-phase compositions were derived from the PTx data using the Soave-Redlich-Kwong equation of state to represent the vapor phase and the NRTL activity coefficient model to represent the liquid phase.
