Abstract:Resistively switching electrochemical metallization memory (ECM) cells are gaining huge interest, as they are seen as promising candidates and basic building blocks of future computation-in-memory applications. However, especially filamentary-based memristive devices suffer from inherent variability, originating from their stochastic switching behaviour. A variability-aware compact model of Electrochemical Metallization Memory Cells is presented in this work and verified by showing a fit to experimental data. … Show more
scite is a Brooklyn-based organization that helps researchers better discover and understand research articles through Smart Citations–citations that display the context of the citation and describe whether the article provides supporting or contrasting evidence. scite is used by students and researchers from around the world and is funded in part by the National Science Foundation and the National Institute on Drug Abuse of the National Institutes of Health.
