Variable Scale Relative Entropy Detection for Non-Cooperative Underwater Acoustic Pulse Signals

Abstract: This work investigates the detection of non-cooperative underwater acoustic pulse signals at low signal-to-noise ratio (SNR). A variable scale relative entropy (VSRE) pulse signal detection scheme is proposed.
