“…Con la suma de los coeficientes correspon-dientes a cada variable, se identificaron los caracteres que tuvieron la mayor contribución a la variabilidad para discriminar genotipos, que fueron: longitud de peciolo de hoja chica y de hoja grande, ángulo de la 3a nervadura de hoja chica y de hoja grande, ángulo de la 5a nervadura de hoja chica y de hoja grande, forma de hoja chica y de hoja grande, curvatura de la sección transversal de hoja chica y de la hoja grande. Estos resultados concuerdan con lo encontrado por Andrés et al (2004) quienes al caracterizar desde el punto de vista morfométrico a hojas de nueve selecciones y ocho cultivares de chirimoyo (Annona cherimola Mill. ), observaron que la longitud del peciolo y el ángulo de la quinta nervadura fueron descriptores que contribuyeron de forma importante a la variabilidad entre genotipos y presentaron un buen nivel de independencia.…”
