Abstract:A 41-year-old Caucasian female was diagnosed with a CD3 + CD4 + CD8 + variant of lymphoproliferative disorder of granular lymphocytes (LDGL) in the third year of remission following treatment of stage III-B Hodgkin lymphoma (HL). The patient was asymptomatic at diagnosis, without clinical evidence of immune disorder or recurrence of HL.
