Abstract:In this study we used high throughput DNA sequencing and ICP-MS to compare the microbiome of the common earthball fungus,Scleroderma citrinum(Pers.) to that of its sister taxon in the Sclerodermataceae,Pisolithus arhizus(Scop.).
