Variation Mitigation Model to Enhance Construction Performance of Public Building Projects in Tanzania

Abstract: Detrimental variations are variations which negatively impact the project performance resulting into scenarios such as cost overruns, time overruns, project abandonment, rework, disruption and conflicts.
