Abstract:Cu2ZSnS4 (CZTS) solar technology is considered as a viable replacement to copper indium gallium selenide (CIGS) solar technology. Though CIGS technology has achieved high efficiency, 20%, it is faced with problems of material scarcity and toxicity.
