Abstract:Introduction: The nursing system in Indonesia has an SDKI (Standard Diagnosis Nursing Indonesia) as the basis for determining nursing diagnoses. Inappropriate enforcement of nursing diagnoses based on the SDKI causes the objectives of the SDKI to not be fully achieved.
