Vascular health and cognitive function in older adults with cardiovascular disease

Abstract: Background-We hypothesized that changes in vascular flow dynamics resulting from age and cardiovascular disease (CVD) would correlate to neurocognitive capacities, even in adults screened to exclude dementia and neurological disease.
