Vascular Pseudoinvasion After Endometrial Ablation

Abstract: Vascular pseudoinvasion or displacement of tumor or normal endometrial tissue is a potential pitfall in uterine pathology. The proposed mechanisms of this phenomenon are mostly associated with the uterine manipulator used during minimally invasive hysterectomies.
