Abstract: Objectives: Doxorubicin (DOX) is a highly effective antibiotics anthracycline cytotoxic agent with a broad spectrum of activity in the treatment of solid and hematological malignancies. However, DOX is notorious for inducing cardiotoxicity and vascular dysfunction as its common off-target side effects.
