Abstract:
Background. Coronary artery vasospasm (CVS) is an important mechanism of myocardial ischemia which can produce any of the manifestations of coronary artery disease from silent myocardial ischemia to acute coronary syndrome including myocardial infarction or sudden cardiac death.
