AbstractVascular toxicity is one of serious complications following cisplatin-based chemotherapy. This case suggests that cisplatin has a potential risk of delayed occurrence of vasospastic angina. It is important to perform careful history taking including discontinued drugs for differential diagnosis of chest pain.
