Abstract: 1319nm lasers have important applications in optical communication, LIDAR, laser display, laser medical, etc. In applications such as LIDAR, reliable operation over a wide temperature range is a key indicator of the laser. Vertical cavity surface emitting lasers are new pump sources for all-solid-state lasers because of their narrow linewidth, small temperature drift coefficient, and two-dimensional expansion.
