Abstract:Background Cardiac myeloid sarcoma is a rare extramedullary tumor of acute myeloid leukemia, and its optimal treatment strategy has not been established such as avoiding conventional anthracycline-containing induction chemotherapy because of unwanted cardiotoxicity.
