“…Due to the advantages that this thermographic method offers, there are studies on technological proposals, such as the article entitled "Diagnostic advantages of turning our smartphone into a thermal imaging camera" in which the authors analyze and question this possible future reality of complementing our smartphones with a thermal camera that, in the event of the article can help diagnose certain health conditions, but if we focus on construction it can help us detect faults in buildings more quickly and thus be able to correct and mitigate thermal bridges in the gray work phase as well as when the building is inhabited. [3] Therefore, the objective of this work is to analyze the thermal behavior of the contemporary conventional envelope by using infrared thermography to determine the existence of thermal bridges in the buildings of the Nueva Ambato neighborhood; it is important to know that thermography allows to calculate the temperature of any object through infrared cameras without the need of any physical contact, which facilitates the detection of changes and thermal processes of temperature, in the same way it easily locates the thermal bridges that generate discomfort inside the houses [4].…”
