Our purpose was to identify individual and work-related factors that are associated with psychological violence (PV) and are related to a higher number of PV forms among teachers. This cross-sectional study included 789 elementary and high school teachers in a municipality in southern Brazil. Data were obtained through interviews and a self-administered questionnaire. PV was characterized by reports of insults from students, humiliation by colleagues or teachers, and threats in the 12 months preceding the study. Factors associated with the number of PV forms were also investigated. Poisson regression models were used for the analyses. More than half (64.1%) of the teachers reported at least one event of PV, 38.3% reported only one form, 21.5% reported two forms, and 4.3% reported all three surveyed forms. After adjustments, poor relationships with superiors or students and having suffered physical violence at school remained associated with at least one PV episode. The same variables were associated with the number of forms of PV, as were age (inverse relationship) and violence outside of school. The higher the number of aggregated factors, the more estimated forms of PV, particularly among the younger teachers. These results highlight the importance of adopting strategies that promote a nonviolent and safe school environment for teachers, which will in turn improve work conditions, the quality of education, and teachers' health.

Occurring communication Conflict among employees at any workplace is a natural phenomenon. The concern, however, arises when the conflict entails into a destructive consequence rather than into a constructive one. This paper, therefore, intends to investigate the existence, types, sources and resolution of communication conflicts at the workplace in the developing sector in Pakistan. A qualitative research approach was used for the study. The data for the study, therefore, emerged from library research and the structured interviews taken from the eighteen employees belonging to the three development organizations namely CMDO, Read Foundation and ICMC from the area of Peshawar and Islamabad of Pakistan. The research used a purposeful sampling to derive sample for the study. Interviews were transcribed and analyzed through thematic analysis. The findings from this study show significant implications in conflict types and their resolution among employees in the developing organizations. In the light of findings of this study, it is crucial for the organizations to have some resolution mechanism and accountability at the workplace for the well-being of employees and organizations.

The purpose of this research is to study the moderating role of political skills on the association of Interpersonal conflict and Project performance. This paper conducted a quantitative study to measure the moderating role of political skills. Past researches recognized that conflict is a vibrant aspect to lessen project performance through budget overrun. Negative emotions provoked by interpersonal/social conflict have a negative influence on project performance. The influence of interpersonal conflict on project performance by Lessing the dysfunctional outcome is the most emphasized part of this research. In the previous studies, the contingency approach was used to inspect the interpersonal conflict. This research was conducted in the defense industry of Saudi Arabia for the first time. Data was collected from project managers and project members. Hypotheses were tested with 280 samples and process macro was used to test the moderated mediated relation. A survey revealed that political skill does not act as a moderator. Furthermore, findings revealed that there exists a full mediation. Negative emotion mediates the relationship between negative emotion and project performance. This study would be a great step to strengthen the existing literature and will also help to increase knowledge in the prevailing literature. The research was on a small scale and data was conducted from small numbers of respondents. Moreover, research should be conducted to identify the reasons why a political skill does not exist as a moderator in the defense industry. Further, the analysis should be done to identify the other factors which make the project successful even in the presence of interpersonal conflict. When a political skill is not acting as a moderator then what are other factors that could act as a moderator to increase project performance should be catered in the future.
