Abstract:In Kagawa Prefecture, urban planning regulations were revised in 2004, including the abolition of area division. Subsequent changes in residential areas indicate that the expected effect of the revisions has not been achieved. In addition, residential inducing districts include areas where populations and households are declining continuously, so there is increasing room for development.
