Abstract: Zusammenfassung Ziel der Studie Seit 2015 ist das Recht auf eine Zweitmeinung im Sozialgesetzbuch V verankert. Dieses wurde im Rahmen der „Richtlinie zum Zweitmeinungsverfahren“ konkretisiert.
