Vertical Mastectomy Incision in Implant Breast Reconstruction After Skin Sparing Mastectomy

Abstract: The use of vertical incision does not increase complication rates; does not interfere with tumor margins; and can be applied to all age, BMI, breast weight, and breast implant volume groups.
