Vesico‐vaginal wall myoma mimicking genital prolapse

Abstract: This complication is preventable and doctors should avoid using permanent suture to close the myometrium layer of the uterus at cesarean. Even when the original permanent suture does not reach the endometrium it can be extruded into the uterine cavity after a period of time, caused by the uterine reaction to a foreign body or because of a defect in the cesarean delivery scar [1].
