Abstract: Paraneoplastic vesiculobullous dermatomyositis is a rare disease characterized by proximal myopathy and typical cutaneus lesions which appear in a patient diagnosed with a malign neoplasia. In the present case, dermatomyositis developed four months after the detection of a breast carcinoma (T3N0M0) followed by radical mastectomy and lymph node dissection.
