Abstract:Key Clinical MessageVEXAS syndrome (vacuoles, E1 enzyme, X‐linked, autoinflammatory, somatic) is a novel autoinflammatory syndrome. We describe a case of VEXAS syndrome with upper airway and oral cavity involvement which are not well described in the literature.
