Abstract: Resumo O músculo estriado esquelético está envolvido com várias atividades, como locomoção, respiração e metabolismo energético. Para isso, uma rede de vias de sinalização interage durante a manutenção e integridade da massa muscular para garantir e evitar processos que resultem em anabolismo ou catabolismo excessivo.
