Victimological Aspects of the Development of Restorative Mediation Practices in a Multicultural Society: Problems, Needs, Development Prospects

Abstract: The article discusses the difference between victimization tension in a multicultural and multicultural society. The authors determine a characteristic of the current state of development of society and indicate the consequences of transition, globalization and geopolitical changes.
