Victims of Violence and Post-Discharge Adverse Events: A Prospective Modified Trauma Quality Improvement Program (TQIP) Study

Abstract: IntroductionTrauma patients frequently return to an emergency department (ED) soon after discharge; often for nonurgent reasons. Social factors contribute to higher ED usage.
