“…Se favorece de este modo la comunicación, porque, como expone Baron (1984), la organización jerárquica que en muchas ocasiones determina el desarrollo de una conversación presencial queda diluida en el anonimato que proporciona el medio y, por lo tanto, los roles se intercambian con más facilidad, ofreciendo oportunidades comunicativas a aquellos alumnos que, por diversas cuestiones, no interactúan en una conversación al uso.
