Virulence determinants and genotypes of <i>Helicobacter pylori</i> clinical isolates

Abstract: Background. H. pylori is the principal causative agent of gastroduodenal disorders in humans. The development and severity of lesions in infected individuals depend on the virulence of H. pylori strains.
