Visceral leishmaniasis concurrent with splenic marginal zone B-cell lymphoma

Abstract: Splenic marginal zone B-cell lymphoma (SMZBCL) is a rare non-Hodgkin B-cell lymphoma that presents with morphologically mature lymphoid cells corresponding in their immunological characteristics to secondary follicular marginal zone lymphocytes.
