Viscosity Measurement of Biological Fluids Using Optical Tweezer

Abstract: Hydrogen bonds play an important role in RNA structure and dynamics. Fluctuations in base pair openings could be the starting point of unfolding processes or could indicate potential docking sites for ligands or proteins.
