Abstract:The development of visible-light-responsive inorganic photoreversible color switching materials (PCSMs) for constructing long-legible rewritable papers is fascinating owing to resource sustainability. This work reports the colloidal synthesis of WO 3−x hierarchical nanostructures constructed by 2D thin nanostructures with crystalline/amorphous homojunctions that show excellent visible-lightresponsive color switching properties. The surface-bound hydroxyl ligands, oxygen vacancies, and homojunctions could enhan… Show more
scite is a Brooklyn-based organization that helps researchers better discover and understand research articles through Smart Citations–citations that display the context of the citation and describe whether the article provides supporting or contrasting evidence. scite is used by students and researchers from around the world and is funded in part by the National Science Foundation and the National Institute on Drug Abuse of the National Institutes of Health.
