Abstract:Doxorubicin (DOX), a cornerstone of cancer chemotherapy, is marred by its dose-dependent cardiotoxicity, leading to cardiomyopathy and heart failure. The epidemiology of DOX-related cardiotoxicity highlights its cumulative, progressive nature, with a significant impact on the health of patients.
