Vitamin C and corticosteroids in viral pneumonia: a prospective cohort study

Abstract: 16 patients were admitted to a tertiary intensive care in 2019 for viral pneumonia. 11 were prescribed corticosteroids for vasopressor resistant shock, and 9 received intravenous vitamin C (1.5 g QID) at the discretion of the treating clinician.
