Vitamin D and Infantile Hypercalcemia

Abstract: The etiology of the severe form of this syndrome ( which includes supravalvular aortic stenosis, peculiar facies, and mental retardation) is still a matter of debate. Particularly vexing is the possible relationship to vitamin D.
