Abstract:PurposeTo compare vitrectomy with and without internal limiting membrane (ILM) peeling in small idiopathic macular holes.MethodsRetrospective multicentre study including consecutive eyes with ≤250 μm idiopathic macular hole treated with vitrectomy. The primary outcome was hole closure rate.
