Vocational Rehabilitation Outcomes for Students Participating in a Model Transition Program

Abstract: Despite advances in transition service delivery and increased knowledge of research-supported transition strategies, longstanding service and systems issues continue to impede optimal transition outcomes for students and youth with disabilities.
