Volumetric and Viscometric Properties of Binary Mixtures of Aliphatic Alcohols (C1−C4) with Nitroethane from 293.15 K to 313.15 K

Abstract: Densities and viscosities were measured for the binary mixtures of methanol, ethanol, propan-1-ol, propan-2-ol, butan-2-ol, and 2-methylpropan-2-ol with nitroethane at temperatures from 293.15 K to 313.15 K and atmospheric pressure. Densities were determined using a vibrating-tube densimeter. Viscosities were measured with an automatic Ubbelohde capillary viscometer.
